Ordering your parts from Harry's Hot Rod Auto & Truck Accessories is easy with our friendly, knowledgeable people that will help make your Harry's Hot Rod Auto & Truck experience a pleasant one. Please include as much pertinent information about your vehicle as possible when you contact us. By providing us with all of the information, we can be sure to get you the correct item. If you have any questions or concerns about a part being for your application, PLEASE e-mail us.

Some parts are not legal for use other than for show or off road use. Some parts are not CARB approved and are not legal for sale or use in California or on any pollution controlled vehicle. Please check your local laws and check with us for more information prior to purchasing. Once you place an order, we will be sending the item that you ordered.

Order Status And Tracking:

Most orders ship within one or two business days of verification of payment. If there is anything that will delay your shipment beyond that, we will contact you via the email address you supplied on the order form. We will contact you with a UPS tracking number or USPS confirmation number upon shipment of your item(s) for your convenience. Information is available live at UPS.com using the tracking number to see where your part is and a delivery estimate.

Shipping

We ship UPS ground for most items. Some of the items require LTL truck freight. Check the individual listings for your item. We ship only to the lower 48 United States only. We do not export, even to Canada, Mexico, or any US territory. Please do not ask us to. We ship UPS ground or USPS only for all applicable parts. Exceptions are noted in the listings, and will be LTL truck freight. All sales require an UPS deliverable address. Failure to provide this address will only delay your shipment. All shipments are sent secure delivery (signature required) unless requested otherwise PRIOR to shipment.

Payment

We can ONLY ship to the billing address for credit card purchases. Freight and insurance charges will be included your final price. I accept all major credit cards except American Express. Credit Card purchases can be shipped to the billing address only! We accept Pay-pal, Cashiers checks, Money-orders, & Personal Checks. Checks will be held for collection, ten business days, prior to shipment. All parts shipped 3-5 business days of verification of payment.

Tax charges will apply to purchases made by residents in Texas. Freight charges are non-refundable. Freight charges cover shipping, insurance, order processing and packaging.

Again, we ship UPS ground, USPS, and LTL truck freight only.

All payments are expected within 10 days after your purchase if paying other than via credit card with immediate payment. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within 10 days after purchase.

Returning Items

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE.

We cannot accept returns on custom or special ordered parts.

All returns must be in the original packaging, with the invoice number marked on the outside of the shipping container.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt with a written explanation of why the item is being returned.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge, as well as re-boxing charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All charges will be deducted prior to any credits being issued.

ALL READYLIFT RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE, REGARDLESS OF REASON FOR RETURN.

All returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. The item should be insured for the full value of the item to protect you against loss or damage.

We strongly suggest that you ship United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipment for all returns.

Warranty Claims and Returns

Most parts carry a manufacturer warranty, usually on performance parts this is for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing, competition, or commercial applications, are eligible for manufacturer defect warranty only. They are not warranted for use, misuse, wear or breakage under any circumstance. Warranty does not include any labor to install or remove the part or any towing or transportation charges and is strictly limited to the replacement of the part only. Most manufacturers require that the parts be sent directly to them for warranty inspection. Some also have return forms included with the part that must be included with the return. So it is a good idea to keep your original packaging, other paperwork and receipt for most items. Any used, discontinued or closeout item is sold on an “as-is” basis. Check the listing for information on a specific item.

If you are returning any part for warranty consideration, remember, you must call Harry Green at 972-264-7090 before you ship them.

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of misuse, incorrect installation, or use other than the manufacturer’s original intent and instruction, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, repackaging fee, or refuse any exceptions. Freight, shipping, and all other related charges are non-refundable.

Again, we cannot accept any return of special ordered parts. Any videos or software cannot be returned once opened.

Harry’s Hot Rod Auto & Truck Accessories’ liability for losses or damages, regardless of the circumstances, is limited to a full refund of the purchase price, or repair or replacement of the item, at our sole discretion. Harry’s Hot Rod Auto and Truck Accessories shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Errors in the item description, photography, and typographical errors are subject to correction, and are not necessarily in and of themselves reasonable justification for return of the item.
